Description

The AXIS D8208-R is a managed industrial switch in a black housing. It provides 8 basic switching RJ-45 Ethernet ports of the 10G Ethernet (100/1000/10000) type and comes with 2 installed SFP+ modules.

Networking standards supported are IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.1x, IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at and IEEE 802.3bt. The switch supports 10G, VLAN with private VLAN features, jumbo frames up to 10240 and DHCP snooping. Its MAC address table holds 16000 entries and the switching capacity is 62 Gbit/s.

Power over Ethernet is available with a total PoE budget of 480 W. The power source is DC/PoE. The unit is 130 mm deep, operates at 5 - 95 % relative humidity and can be stored at -40 - 85 °C and 5 - 95 % relative humidity.
