Most of our products are ordered directly from our trusted suppliers in the Baltic States, Poland, and Germany. This allows us to offer a wider selection and competitive prices. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the supplier’s warehouse location and product availability. Items that are out of stock in the supplier’s catalog cannot be ordered - if you're interested in such a product, please contact us directly.
Delivery usually takes 2–15 business days, depending on the supplier's country. If the item is ordered from external supplier warehouses or if we notice anything unusual during the order process, we will inform you personally with a more accurate delivery estimate.
Yes, as soon as your item is shipped, we will send you a DPD tracking number via email. You’ll be able to track your order in real time.
Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You can find more details about the return process on our Terms & Conditions page. Each return request is reviewed individually, and we always aim to be fair and customer-friendly.
If you received a damaged or non-functioning item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or a video, and we will resolve the issue promptly - either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

At the moment, we do not have a physical pickup point — all items are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses to the address you provide. We’ll let you know as soon as we open a physical store or pickup location!
