The KIOXIA PM7-V Series SSD is a 6400 GB internal drive built for server and workstation use. It comes in a 2.5" form factor and connects over a SAS interface with a data transfer rate of 22.5 Gbit/s.

It uses BiCS FLASH TLC memory and supports hardware encryption. Performance figures given for this drive are a read speed of 4200 MB/s and a write speed of 4100 MB/s, with 720000 IOPS for random 4KB reads and 355000 IOPS for random 4KB writes.
