The Fujitsu PRAID EP640i is a RAID controller for use with the PRIMERGY RX2540 M6. It connects through a PCI Express x8 host interface and fits a PCI Express 4 slot.

It supports SAS and Serial ATA storage drives and can handle up to 8 devices. The supported RAID levels are 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60.
