This category covers video and audio door stations, indoor monitors, video doorbells and intercom systems for houses, apartment blocks and offices. Our range includes over 500 models.
You will find SIEDLE, RITTO, HIKVISION, 2N, Fanvil and other manufacturers here, from simple doorbells to IP systems with several entrances.
How to choose a doorbell or intercom
System type. A house with one entrance usually needs only a video doorbell or a single IP door station. An apartment block or office needs a call panel with several buttons and several indoor monitors. When replacing an old intercom, look at two-wire systems, as they often let you keep the existing cabling.
Picture and sound. Three things matter most: the camera's field of view, the image in the dark and the quality of two-way audio. A wide-angle lens shows both the visitor and a parcel left at the door, and noise reduction helps on a windy day or beside a busy street.
Power and installation. A PoE door station receives power and network connection through a single cable. Wireless battery models go up quickly but need recharging from time to time. For outdoor equipment, choose a model with an IP rating for dust and water protection, and decide whether the station will be surface-mounted or flush-mounted.
Opening the door. Many door stations have a relay for controlling an electric lock or a gate. If you also want entry by card, code or phone, check that the model supports it before buying, because not every model does.
Compatibility. If you want to answer on a phone, look for SIP support or the manufacturer's app. If you already have a video surveillance or smart home system, check that the door station works with it, for example through ONVIF.

Frequently asked questions about doorbells and intercoms
What is the difference between a video intercom and a video doorbell?
A video intercom usually has a separate indoor monitor and runs on a wired system, while a video doorbell more often sends the picture to your phone over Wi-Fi. An intercom suits several apartments and heavy use, and a video doorbell is simpler for a single entrance.
Can I answer the door from my phone?
Yes, if the model supports SIP or has a manufacturer's app. You see the visitor on your phone, can talk to them and, if a lock is connected, open the door. Before buying, check that the app or SIP setup works with your phone system.
Do I need an electrician to install a doorbell?
You can hang a battery-powered wireless doorbell yourself. Wired and IP systems, especially those with an electric lock or a multi-apartment panel, are safer in the hands of an electrician or network installer, because power and the relay must be connected correctly.
What does PoE do for a door station?
PoE lets the door station draw power through the same network cable that carries the video, so no separate power supply is needed at the door. Your network switch or injector must support PoE, otherwise the station will not switch on.
