The chair accessories category covers chair mats, replacement castor wheels and gaming chairs for working at a computer. It suits anyone who wants to protect a floor, replace worn castors or choose a new chair. Our range has over 50 products, mostly from NOBLECHAIRS, along with AROZZI, GENESIS, ONEX and NITRO CONCEPTS.
How to choose chair accessories
Type of accessory. Start with the problem you want to solve. A mat protects the floor and lets the chair move more easily, new castors replace broken or noisy ones, and a new chair makes sense when the old one no longer suits you. Our range includes all of these types.
Floor surface. On parquet, laminate or tiles, soft castors, usually polyurethane-coated, are the better choice because hard plastic scratches the surface. On carpet a chair rolls less easily, so a mat designed for carpeted floors helps. Most mats differ underneath: a smooth underside is meant for hard floors, while a studded one grips carpet better.
Size and compatibility. The castor stem diameter and length must match the chair base. Many chairs use an 11 mm stem, but measure your own before buying. A mat should cover not only the space under the desk but the whole area the chair travels when you lean back or turn.
Intended use of the chair. Among the chairs in our range are models labelled as PC gaming chairs and universal gaming chairs. Check the recommended user height and weight, and think about how many hours a day you will sit: for long days, adjustable armrests and backrest matter more than looks.

Frequently asked questions about chair accessories
Which castors are best for parquet and laminate?
Soft castors, usually coated in polyurethane or rubber, are best for parquet and laminate. They scratch the surface less and roll more quietly than hard plastic ones. Replacing castors is far cheaper than repairing a floor.
Do I need a mat under my chair?
A mat is not essential, but it protects the floor from scratches and wear, especially if the chair is used every day. It also lets the chair glide more easily. The benefit is most noticeable on hard flooring such as parquet or tiles.
Do chair castors fit every chair?
Not every castor fits, but many standard ones suit the most common stem size. What matters is the stem diameter and length, so measure your old castor before buying. Replace the whole set so the chair stays stable.
Can a chair mat be used on carpet?
Yes, but choose a mat designed for carpet, usually with studs or a rough underside that stops it slipping. A smooth-backed mat will slide and crease on carpet. Check the product description to confirm which floors it suits.
