Projector mounts for fixing home cinema, classroom, meeting room and office projectors to a ceiling, wall or floor.
Our range has over 25 models, including products from Vivolink, Epson, Acer, Panasonic and BenQ. Most are ceiling mounts, but there are also wall and floor solutions.
How to choose a projector mount
Mounting location. A ceiling mount lifts the projector above the audience and does not need a free wall, which is why it is the usual choice in meeting rooms and classrooms. Ceiling models are also the largest group in our range. A wall mount helps when the ceiling is very high or cannot be drilled, and a floor solution is worth considering only when neither is an option.
Compatibility and load. The mount's weight rating must exceed the projector's weight, and the hole pattern must match the fixing points on the underside of the projector. Universal mounts have adjustable arms, while manufacturer mounts are often made only for projectors of the same brand.
Height and distance from the screen. In a room with a high ceiling you will need an extendable or telescopic pole to bring the projector to the right distance from the screen. The distance depends on the lens throw ratio, so check it in the projector specification before choosing a pole length.
Adjustment and cables. Tilt and rotation let you aim the image accurately, which matters when the projector hangs off the centre line of the screen. A mount with a cable channel hides HDMI and power cables. Our range includes white, black and silver mounts, and white is less noticeable against light ceilings.

Frequently asked questions about projector mounts
Does one universal mount fit every projector?
Not every projector, although many universal mounts cover a wide group of models. The weight rating must exceed the projector's weight, and the arms must be adjustable to your projector's fixing holes. If the underside has an unusual fixing layout, choose a mount from the same manufacturer.
What pole length does a ceiling mount need?
It depends on the ceiling height and where the projector needs to sit. Measure from the ceiling to the intended projector height, then check the throw ratio so the image fits the screen. A telescopic pole allows the height to be fine-tuned after installation.
Can a projector be mounted on a plasterboard ceiling?
Yes, but the mount must not hang from the plasterboard alone. It needs to be fixed to joists, rails or the structural slab with suitable fixings. If you are unsure about the ceiling construction, ask an installer.
What is the difference between a ceiling and a wall projector mount?
A ceiling mount suspends the projector above the room, while a wall mount holds it out from the wall on a bracket. Ceiling mounts keep the projector out of people's line of sight. Wall mounts are simpler in a high room or where the ceiling cannot take a fixing.
