This category contains hotel and professional TVs for hotels, offices, waiting rooms and other places where a screen runs for many hours a day. Our range has over 60 models, mostly from LG, Philips, Samsung and Sony, with screen sizes from 32 to 75 inches.
How to choose a hotel or professional TV
Screen size. In a small room where viewers sit two or three metres away, a 32 or 43-inch screen is usually enough. Suites, larger rooms and shared areas call for 50, 55 or 65-inch models, and 75-inch TVs are available for halls and conference rooms.
Resolution. Most TVs in our range have a 4K Ultra HD screen (3840 x 2160), while Full HD (1920 x 1080) and HD (1366 x 768) models are in the minority. The larger the screen and the closer you sit, the more visible the pixel structure becomes, so from 50 inches upwards 4K is a sensible choice.
Hospitality features. Most TVs made for hotels let you lock the settings menu, limit the maximum volume, set a start-up channel and manage many sets centrally. Before buying, check that the model works with the TV or room management system you use.
Connections. Our range includes models with 1, 2, 3 or 4 HDMI ports, and three is the most common. Almost all have an Ethernet (RJ-45) port, which is needed for IPTV, remote management and a steady stream when the Wi-Fi network is busy.
Sound and energy use. Most models have speakers rated at 10 to 20 W RMS, which is enough for a bedroom. In a large hall, plan for an external sound system. On standby, most of these TVs draw 0.3 or 0.5 W, which matters when you install many of them.

Frequently asked questions
How does a hotel TV differ from a regular TV?
A hotel TV has features that home models usually lack: a lockable menu, volume limiting, a set start-up channel and the option to manage several sets centrally. Manufacturers also design them with long daily running hours in mind.
What size TV should I choose for a hotel room?
For a standard room, a 32, 43 or 50-inch screen usually works, depending on the distance to the bed or sofa. From about three metres away, 43 or 50 inches is generally enough. Larger 55 and 65-inch models suit suites and shared areas.
Does a hotel TV need 4K resolution?
It is not essential, but it helps from about 50 inches, because the picture looks sharper at close range. On a small 32-inch screen, Full HD or even HD is often sufficient. Most models in our range are 4K Ultra HD.
Can I use a hotel TV at home?
Yes, it works like any other TV. You only need to switch off hotel mode if it is enabled, as it can limit the volume or the settings menu. When buying, check that the model has the apps and connections you need.
