Water cooling components are for people who build a CPU or graphics card cooling loop from separate parts instead of buying a ready-made sealed kit. Our range holds over 90 products, mostly from Bitspower, Barrow, Thermaltake and Corsair. They suit anyone who wants quieter running or a loop laid out to fit their own case.
How to choose water cooling components
Compatibility. A CPU water block must fit your socket, such as Intel LGA1700 or AMD AM5. Graphics card blocks are usually made for a specific card model, because the layout of the chips and power circuitry differs. Check the sockets or models listed in the product description before ordering.
Fittings and tubing. Most fittings use a G1/4 thread, but tubing type and size vary. Fittings made for soft tubing do not suit rigid tubing, and the inner and outer diameters must match what the fitting specifies. It is worth choosing one diameter for the whole loop, so you do not need adapters later.
Space in the case. Radiators differ in fan size (for example 120 or 140 mm) and thickness. A thicker radiator can shed more heat, but it may foul the fans or press against memory modules. The reservoir and pump also take up room, and the reservoir position affects how easy it is to fill the loop and bleed the air.
Materials and coolant. Water blocks are usually made from copper or nickel-plated copper, while bodies are often acrylic or acetal. It is better not to mix different metals in one loop, as galvanic corrosion can develop. Choose the coolant according to the component manufacturers' recommendations.

- Barrow: offers water blocks, fittings and accessories that are often more affordable than those of other makers.
- Thermaltake: has a dedicated liquid cooling line with blocks, radiators and accessories, and also makes cases and sealed coolers.
- Corsair: known for its Hydro X series of custom loop parts, designed to work with Corsair cases and iCUE software.
- Singularity Computers: makes distinctive custom loop parts, including distribution plates for reservoirs and pumps.
- Phanteks: known in cooling for its Glacier series of water blocks, and also makes cases.
Also in our range: Coolgate, Gamdias, Savio, Endorfy, Arctic and Krux.
Frequently asked questions
Is a custom water cooling loop better than a sealed kit?
A custom loop gives you more freedom: you can choose the radiator size, cool the graphics card as well and replace a single part. A sealed kit is simpler, as it needs no filling or maintenance. A custom loop is worth considering if you want quieter running or a personal look and do not mind a patient build.
Should I choose soft or rigid tubing?
Soft tubing is easier to fit and replace, so it suits first-time builders. Rigid tubing looks tidier, but it has to be bent or cut to length. What matters most is that the fittings match the tubing type and diameter you choose.
Can I mix components from different manufacturers?
Usually yes, because most fittings use the standard G1/4 thread. However, the water block mounting, the tubing diameter and the loop materials must be compatible. Check these dimensions first rather than relying on the brand alone.
How often should I change the coolant?
The interval depends on the type of coolant, so follow its manufacturer's instructions. In many cases it is sensible to drain and flush the loop once or a few times a year. Do it sooner if you notice cloudiness, sediment or a change in the coolant's colour.
