Case accessories and parts are for anyone building, tidying or upgrading a PC case: brackets, cables, controllers, dust filters and other small components. Brands in our range include STREACOM, LIAN LI, THERMALTAKE and LOGILINK.
The category holds over 50 products, from simple small parts to more expensive specialist components.
How to choose case accessories and parts
Compatibility with your case. Check first that the part is made for your case model, or at least for its form factor (ATX, micro-ATX, mini-ITX). Parts from a specific manufacturer, such as side panels or brackets, often fit only cases from the same series.
Dimensions and free space. Measure the clearance around the part as well as the case interior: graphics card length, CPU cooler height, fan thickness. The most common case fan sizes are 120 and 140 mm, but which one fits depends on the particular case.
Connectors and cables. If you are buying a PCIe cable to mount a graphics card vertically, check which PCIe version your motherboard and the cable support. For lighting accessories, tell 5 V ARGB (3-pin) apart from 12 V RGB (4-pin) connectors, because mixing them up can damage an LED strip or a board.
Material and cooling. Aluminium parts spread heat better and are sturdier than plastic ones. Dust filters keep the inside of a case clean for longer, but they can slightly reduce airflow, so they need cleaning regularly.
Intended use. An open bench or a mounting bracket suits testing and showing off components, while a PC used every day more often needs filters, fixings and cable management parts.

Frequently asked questions
Will a case part from another manufacturer fit my case?
Usually only universal parts will, such as standard-size fans, cables and dust filters. Panels and brackets made for a specific case normally work only with the named model or series. Compare your case model with the product description before buying.
What is a PCIe riser cable for?
It lets you mount a graphics card away from the motherboard slot, for example vertically along the side of the case. The card then shows through a glass panel, and in some cases it frees up space. Make sure the cable matches the PCIe version of your card.
Do I really need dust filters?
Filters are worth having if the PC stands in a dusty room or on the floor. They catch much of the dust that would otherwise build up on coolers and heatsinks. The filter needs wiping clean from time to time so it does not restrict airflow.
What is the difference between ARGB and RGB connectors?
ARGB is 5 V addressable lighting with a 3-pin connector, where each LED can be controlled separately. Standard RGB runs on 12 V with a 4-pin connector and changes the colour of the whole strip at once. The two must not be mixed, as that can damage the lighting or the motherboard.
