The Fractal Design Lumen S28 V2 RGB is a CPU liquid cooler designed for Intel and AMD systems. It supports Intel sockets LGA 1700, 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, 1366, 2011, 2011-3 and 2066, as well as AMD sockets AM5, AM4, FM2+, FM2, FM1, AM3+, AM3, AM2+ and AM2.

The fan has a diameter of 140 mm and runs at a speed from 500 RPM to 1700 RPM. Its maximum airflow is 78 cfm and its maximum air pressure is 2.05 mmH2O. The noise level at high speed is 35.5 dB.
