Tracker tags are small Bluetooth devices that you attach to keys, a backpack, a wallet or a suitcase so a lost item is easier to find from your phone. Our range has over 10 products, mostly from Apple, along with FIXED, Anker, Laut and Gembird.
How to choose a tracker tag
Phone compatibility. A tag only works with the finding network it was designed for. Apple AirTag uses Apple's Find My network, so it needs an iPhone or iPad, and on an Android phone it does not work as a full tracker. Check which phones your household uses before you buy.
Attachment. Keys need a loop or ring, while a wallet or document holder is better suited to a flat, card-shaped tag. A round tag without a hole, such as AirTag, goes on a key ring only with a separate holder, so it is worth choosing one at the same time.
Battery. Many tags use a replaceable CR2032 coin cell, which typically lasts around a year depending on use. Some models have a rechargeable battery that cannot be swapped, so check which type a tag uses.
Finding accuracy and sound. Bluetooth reaches roughly ten to twenty metres, and beyond that the tag relies on signals from other compatible devices nearby. A built-in speaker lets you find an item at home by its beep. Newer iPhones can also point you towards an AirTag with Ultra Wideband precision finding.

Tracker tag FAQ
How does a tracker tag work?
A tag sends out a Bluetooth signal that compatible phones and tablets nearby can pick up. They pass its location on to the owner, who sees it in an app. That way a lost item can be found even when your own phone is far away.
Does AirTag work with Android phones?
No, not as a full tracker. AirTag is set up and managed from an iPhone or iPad, and Android phones can only detect an unknown tag travelling nearby. If you use Android, choose a tag made for that system.
Does a tracker tag show live location like GPS?
No, a standard tracker tag has no GPS receiver. Its location updates when a compatible device passes by, so it follows a moving object less precisely than a GPS tracker. It is meant for things that are easy to lose, such as keys or a bag.
Can the battery in a tracker tag be replaced?
It depends on the model. Many tags, including AirTag, use a replaceable CR2032 battery that you can buy separately. Some thin, card-shaped tags have a rechargeable battery that cannot be swapped, so check this before buying.
