Laptop bags and cases: backpacks, sleeves, briefcases, messenger bags, toploader bags and protective covers. They suit anyone who carries a laptop to work, school or on business trips. Our range includes over 1,900 products, with brands such as Thule, Dicota, Tucano and Targus.
How to choose a laptop bag or case
Type. A backpack is the most comfortable choice for daily walking or cycling, because the weight is spread across both shoulders. A briefcase or messenger bag looks neater in an office, and a thin sleeve makes sense when the laptop only needs padding inside another bag.
Size. Choose by screen diagonal (13, 14, 15.6 or 16 inches), then check the real dimensions of your laptop as well. A case that is too loose lets the laptop slide around, and one that is too tight is hard to zip up.
Protection. Soft inner lining guards against scratches, while thicker padding and a reinforced base soften the blow if the bag is dropped. If you often walk in the rain, look for water-repellent fabric. Toploader bags open from the top, so the laptop comes out quickly.
Compatibility. Many models are universal and fit any manufacturer's laptop, and our range also includes cases made for Apple, Dell, HP and Lenovo laptops. A case made for a specific model usually fits more precisely, while a universal one is the better choice if you plan to change laptops.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right bag size for my laptop?
Start with the screen diagonal, because manufacturers label cases by it, for example 15.6 inches. Then compare your laptop's length, width and thickness with the bag's internal dimensions, since laptops with the same screen size can differ in body size.
Is a backpack or a briefcase better for a laptop?
A backpack is better when you carry the laptop for a long time or with plenty of other items, because the load is shared between both shoulders. A briefcase or messenger bag looks tidier in meetings and suits shorter distances. The choice depends on how far you walk and how much you carry.
Is a laptop sleeve enough to protect my laptop?
A sleeve protects against scratches and minor knocks, but it offers less protection against heavy pressure or drops than a padded backpack. It works well as an extra layer inside a bag or backpack. If the sleeve will travel on its own, choose thicker padding.
Will a universal laptop case fit my laptop?
A universal case will fit if your laptop's screen size and dimensions fall within the range the manufacturer states. Look for your screen diagonal in the product description. If your laptop has an unusual shape, choose a case made for that manufacturer's models instead.
