Full tower cases are large PC cases for builds that need room for E-ATX or ATX motherboards, long graphics cards, several radiators and plenty of drives. Our range includes over 90 models from Thermaltake, Fractal Design, Phanteks, GAMDIAS and Antec, from mesh-fronted airflow designs to glass showcase builds.
How to choose a full tower case
Motherboard format. Check that the manufacturer's specification lists your board format, especially E-ATX. Some workstation and enthusiast boards are wider than standard ATX and need extra space and cable routing openings.
Cooling. Look at how many fan mounts there are and which radiator sizes fit at the top, front and side. Full tower cases often take 360 mm or larger radiators. A mesh front panel lets in more air than a solid one, but it also lets more noise out.
Component clearance. Three measurements matter most: maximum graphics card length, CPU cooler height and power supply length. Some current graphics cards are over 30 cm long, so leave a margin of a few centimetres. If you want to mount the card vertically, check that the case maker provides for it.
Storage and connections. Count how many 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drive spots you need, as the number differs from model to model. Optical drive bays have disappeared from many modern cases. On the front panel, look for a USB-C port if you have newer devices.
Side panel and noise. Tempered glass shows off the components and lighting, while a solid steel panel with sound-damping material suits a build where quiet matters more. Our range includes black, white and transparent cases, so you can match the colour to the rest of your setup.
Brands we carry
- Thermaltake: the largest part of our range, known for cases with tempered glass panels and showcase layouts for liquid-cooled builds.
- Fractal Design: a Swedish maker known for restrained Scandinavian design, sound-damped cases in the Define series and airflow-focused ones in the Meshify series.
- Phanteks: a Dutch maker known for the Enthoo series, which offers plenty of room for custom water cooling and dual-system layouts.
- ASUS: cases under the ROG and TUF Gaming labels that match the company's motherboards and cooling products.
- Corsair: known for the Obsidian series and the iCUE ecosystem, which controls fans and lighting together.
- be quiet!: a German maker whose cases are designed for quiet systems, with sound-damping panels.
- SilverStone: known for unconventional airflow layouts, such as the Raven series with its rotated motherboard position.
- Lian Li: popular for aluminium cases and careful build quality.

Frequently asked questions
Who is a full tower case for?
A full tower case is for builds that will not fit comfortably in a mid tower. It suits an E-ATX motherboard, several radiators, a large graphics card or many drives. If your build uses fewer components, a smaller case will do just as well.
Will an E-ATX motherboard fit in a full tower case?
Most full tower cases support E-ATX, but not all of them do. Check the list of supported motherboard formats in the specification and compare it with your board's dimensions. Some boards also need extra room for cables.
Is a full tower better for cooling than a mid tower?
Usually yes, because a larger case holds more fans and bigger radiators, and the components sit further apart. Design still matters, though: a case with a mesh front and well-placed fans can cool better than a bigger, closed one.
How much space does a full tower case need?
Most full tower cases are taller than 50 cm and quite deep, so measure the space under or on your desk before buying. Consider the weight too: a case with glass panels and installed components can be heavy, so it is easier to place on a flat, firm surface.
