Memory cards for cameras, camcorders, action cameras, phones and tablets: SD, SDHC, SDXC and microSD formats. Our range includes over 700 cards, with products from SanDisk, Transcend, Kingston, Lexar and Samsung. You will find cards for everyday photography as well as cards made for recording 4K video.
How to choose a memory card
Format. The card has to fit your device's slot. Cameras mostly use full-size SD, while phones, action cameras, drones and tablets use microSD. Our range covers microSDXC, SDXC, microSDHC, microSD, SDHC and SD cards. A microSD card fits an SD slot with an adapter, but a full-size SD card cannot be used in a microSD slot.
Capacity. Cards of 64, 128 and 256 GB are common in our range, and sizes run from 32 GB up to 1 TB. 4K video takes up a lot of space, so for a camcorder 128 GB is a sensible minimum. Cards above 32 GB are SDXC, and older devices may not recognise them, so check your camera's specification first.
Video speed class. When filming, sustained write speed matters more than read speed, and the V rating shows it. V30 guarantees at least 30 MB/s and is enough for many 4K modes, and most cards in our range with a V rating are V30. V10 suits Full HD, while V60 and V90 are meant for high-bitrate recording on professional cameras.
UHS standard and read speed. Most cards are UHS-I, which is enough for photos and ordinary video. UHS-II cards have an extra row of contacts and transfer files to a computer faster, but they reach full speed only with a UHS-II camera and card reader. Read speeds in our range go from 10 to 200 MB/s, and the difference is noticeable when copying hundreds of gigabytes.
Operating conditions. Outdoors, in a car or on a drone, a card faces swings in heat and cold. Many of our cards work from -25 to 85 °C, and some from -40 to 85 °C. For dashcams and security cameras that record non-stop, choose a card designed for long, intensive writing.

Memory card FAQ
What memory card do I need for 4K video?
As a rule, you need a card of at least V30 class, ideally 128 GB or larger. If the camera records a high-bitrate image, V60 or V90 may be required. The camera manufacturer states the exact requirement.
What is the difference between SDHC, SDXC and microSD cards?
SDHC cards hold up to 32 GB, while SDXC cards are larger than 32 GB. MicroSD only describes the smaller physical size, which is why both microSDHC and microSDXC cards exist. Make sure your device supports the type you choose.
Can I use a microSD card in a camera?
Yes, if the camera has an SD slot and the card goes in through an SD adapter. For regular work with photos and video, though, a full-size SD card is more convenient because it sits more firmly in the slot.
Will a UHS-II card work in a UHS-I device?
Yes, UHS-II cards are compatible with UHS-I devices, but they run at UHS-I speed. You will not see the higher speed until you use a UHS-II camera or card reader.
