Description

The MCPU-X3 brings efficient cooling to SFF/Mini ITX and compact towers thanks to its low profile design. It combines aluminum block and fins, 3x high conductivity heatpipes and a high performance PWM fan with FDB bearings to keep temperature under control with low noise. Easy mounting and universal compatibility with Intel and AMD for hassle-free installation in your current configuration.

Designed for small boxes

Its reduced height allows it to be installed where other heatsinks do not fit, freeing up space next to the RAM modules and the power supply cover area, improving system airflow.

Constant thermal efficiency

The three heatpipes and high-density fin array accelerate dissipation from the base to the outside, maintaining stable temperatures even under sustained work or gaming loads.

Silence and durability

PWM fan with Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) automatically adjusts RPM according to temperature, achieving a perfect balance between performance and noise, with a long service life. Anti-vibration pads reduce chassis resonances.

Spectacular FRGB Lighting

The fan features FRGB lighting to make your PC a spectacle in addition to superior performance.

Easy installation and universal compatibility
