Washing and curing in one

The ELEGOO Mercury XS offers two modules: a washing station and a curing station, which allow for comprehensive finishing of 3D models. The washing module effectively removes resin residue, ensuring the model is clean and ready for curing. The curing module uses UV light to finally fix and strengthen the structure of the print. With this kit, your entire post-production process will become simpler and faster, without the need to purchase two separate devices.

Even curing

The curing station is equipped with adjustable L-shaped lights and a 360° rotating platform to ensure full UV coverage on each side of the model. In addition, 4 LEDs located under the platform and a Fresnel lens emit light with a fixed wavelength of 405 nm, ensuring even curing of even the most complex models.

Precision in hard-to-reach areas

The kit also includes a handy UV lamp for curing the interiors and nooks and crannies of the model, which is especially useful for prints with complex shapes. The lamp is also great for models that need to be cured after assembly.

Efficient cleaning of large models

The ELEGOO Mercury XS offers as much as 7,000 ml of capacity in a sealed wash tank, allowing for easy cleaning of both large models and smaller printed parts at the same time. Such a large working space saves time and also increases the efficiency of the cleaning process, which is especially important when working on larger projects. For the Saturn 4 and Jupiter series, the mounting platform must be removed before cleaning. For other models, refer to the maximum cleaning height and determine if it is necessary to remove the platform.

UV protection and automatic shutdown

The transparent cover of the curing station blocks up to 99.9% of UV rays, which not only speeds up the curing process, but also protects the user's eyesight. In addition, a safety system turns off the UV light automatically when the cover is removed, minimizing the risk of UV exposure.

Easy operation - everything under control

An intuitive interface with a simple dial and button allows for easy operation of both washing and curing functions. The working time can be adjusted up to 30 minutes to suit the needs of a particular model. Simply hold down the dial for 3 seconds to start the device and quickly proceed with the processing.
