COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN FOR VERSATILE DEPLOYMENT

The Ubiquiti Wave Pico is engineered for efficiency, featuring a compact design with dimensions of ⌀152.1 x 55.8 mm (⌀6 x 2.2") and a lightweight structure, weighing only 347 g (12.2 oz) without the mount. This makes it an ideal choice for various installation environments, allowing for easy mounting on poles with diameters ranging from 20 to 53.1 mm (0.8 to 2.1"). Its lightweight nature ensures minimal wind loading, rated at 31.3 N at 200 km/h (7 lbf at 125 mph), making it suitable for outdoor deployments in diverse weather conditions.

ROBUST PERFORMANCE WITH ADVANCED WAVE TECHNOLOGY

Powered by Wave Technology, the Wave Pico delivers exceptional performance with a total throughput of up to 2 Gbps. It operates on the 60 GHz frequency band, providing high-speed connectivity for Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) and Point-to-Point (PtP) applications. The device supports a maximum range of 1.5 km (1 mile) for PtP and up to 1.3 km (0.8 mile) for PtMP, ensuring reliable connections even in challenging environments. The dual-core ARM® Cortex®-A53 processor at 1 GHz and 512 MB of memory enhance its processing capabilities, enabling efficient data handling and network management.

WEATHERPROOF AND DURABLE FOR LONG-LASTING USE

Constructed from UV stabilized polycarbonate, the Wave Pico is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions. Its IPX6 weatherproof rating ensures protection against heavy rain and dust, making it suitable for outdoor installations. The device operates effectively in a wide temperature range from -40 to 60° C (-40 to 140° F) and can handle humidity levels from 5 to 95% non-condensing. This durability guarantees a long lifespan and reliable performance, even in the most demanding settings.

COMPREHENSIVE NETWORKING FEATURES FOR ENHANCED CONNECTIVITY

The Wave Pico is equipped with a GbE RJ45 port for seamless networking and supports various operating modes, including Bridge and Router modes. It features advanced capabilities such as traffic shaping with burst support, SNMP, and a discovery protocol, which facilitate efficient network management and monitoring. Additionally, the device is compatible with UISP, allowing for easy integration and management through both web and mobile applications, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

SECURE AND COMPLIANT WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS

Security is paramount with the Ubiquiti Wave Pico, which utilizes WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption to safeguard data transmission. The device is compliant with NDAA regulations and certified by FCC, IC, and CE, ensuring it meets stringent industry standards for safety and performance. With support for multiple WiFi standards, including 802.11ax (WiFi 6), the Wave Pico is designed to provide high-speed, secure connections across various applications, making it a reliable choice for both residential and commercial use.
