Moza Racing R25 Ultra True Torque DD Wheel Base Lenktyninių ratų bazė

All-new Zero-cogging
Flat-wire Motor
The R25 features MOZA’s next-generation custom flat-wire motor designed specifically for sim racing. It delivers 25Nm of peak torque and offers 26% higher torque density than similarly sized competitors. With true zero cogging, it ensures ultra-smooth rotation and accurately reproduces every detail—from subtle steering inputs to aggressive cornering forces—capturing the full mechanical feel of real-world driving.

Real-time Torque Sensing

The R25 Ultra Base is equipped with a true torque sensor, delivering a sampling accuracy of 0.1% and a response frequency of up to 2 kHz. This advanced torque sensor captures your steering input with precision, giving you sharper handling, tighter control, and unparalleled detail.

Sustained 25Nm Torque Output

Powered by an industrial-grade motor engineered for durability and thermal efficiency, the R25 delivers a sustained 25Nm of torque without throttling—ideal for professional-grade sim racing and extended endurance sessions.

21-bit Magnetic Encoder

With a 21-bit high-resolution magnetic encoder, the R25 delivers over 2 million points of precision, capturing every steering input and surface detail with stunning accuracy. Connect with the road like never before.

Refined Design with RGB Customization

Designed with a compact, motorsport-inspired profile, the R25 looks as serious as it performs. Dual RGB light strips along the top edges offer 16.7 million colors and fully customizable lighting effects, including real-time telemetry feedback for ABS, traction control, gear shifts, and flag signals.

New Force Feedback Algorithm

The powerful R25 DD base pairs seamlessly with MOZA’s advanced New Force Feedback Algorithm, combining cutting-edge hardware and software. This synergy delivers more realistic force feedback and enables precise tuning tailored to every driving style.

Intelligent Thermal Management

The R25 features MOZA’s fully upgraded intelligent cooling system providing ample motor headroom and optimized thermal efficiency, it runs cooler—even under sustained high torque. Real-time temperature monitoring and smart torque regulation work together to maintain peak performance through the most demanding racing sessions.

Versatile Mounting Options

Supports bottom, front, and side mounting to accommodate a wide range of rigs.

CNC-machined
Aluminum Housing
Constructed from a rigid die-cast aluminum unibody, the R25 offers exceptional structural integrity and torsional rigidity—essential for withstanding high-torque output—while keeping overall weight to a minimum.

Extreme Durability

Built for endurance and performance, MOZA's slip ring handles over 10 million rotations and transfers data at 2M/s, delivering solid connection and lag-free communication between the wheel and base.

Native Ecosystem Integration

Featuring dedicated ports for all major MOZA peripherals, the R25 keeps your setup clean and hassle-free—simply plug in pedals, shifters, dashboards, or a handbrake without the need for extra USB hubs or cables.

Hands-off Protection

This function can effectively avoid the risk of injury and quickly help restore control by detecting that hands are off the wheel. Once activated, it will quickly stop any oscillation and safely center the wheel.
