WOLFBOX G840S 4K + 1080p 32GB Dash Cam

WOLFBOX G840S 4K + 1080p 32GB Dash Cam

The WOLFBOX G840S is a rearview mirror-style dash cam equipped with a front camera recording in 4K (2160P) resolution, a rear Full HD 1080P camera, and a large, 12-inch IPS touchscreen. The device supports loop recording, parking mode, a vertical flip function, WDR/HDR technology to improve recording quality, and an external GPS module included in the set. The camera saves photos in JPG format and videos in TS format, and the included 32 GB memory card allows you to start using the device immediately after installation. The dashcam supports microSD cards with capacities up to 256 GB, making it ideal for both daily commutes and longer trips.

4K recording in the front and Full HD in the rear

The front camera records in 4K resolution, allowing you to capture more detail while driving. Higher resolution translates to clearer footage, making it easier to spot elements of the surroundings, road signs, or the situation on the road. The rear camera records in 1080p and provides additional security during daily vehicle use. Simultaneous recording from both cameras gives you a more complete view of the situation both in front of and behind the car.

12-inch IPS touchscreen

The large 12-inch IPS screen provides a convenient preview of recordings and comfortable operation of the device’s functions. The touchscreen interface allows for quick navigation through the menu and changing settings without the need for additional buttons. Wide viewing angles improve the clarity of the displayed image regardless of the driver’s position. Thanks to its mirror-like design, the device does not take up extra space on the windshield and blends aesthetically with the car’s interior.

WDR/HDR and better visibility after dark

The dashcam uses WDR/HDR technology, which helps maintain the right balance between bright and dark areas of the image. This allows the camera to perform better when driving into the sun, in tunnels, and at night. The night vision enhancement feature improves the clarity of recorded footage and allows for more effective capture of details in low light. This solution ensures that recordings remain clear regardless of the time of day.

External GPS module included

The included external GPS module, which connects to the 3.5 mm jack, allows you to record information about your route and vehicle location. The recorded data can be viewed using compatible software on Windows and macOS computers. This allows the user to analyze the trip along with the video footage. Additional information recorded alongside the footage increases its documentary value.

Parking Mode and Vehicle Protection

The WOLFBOX G840S supports parking monitoring and Time-Lapse recording, which allows for extended recording time while using less space on the memory card. This enables the camera to monitor the vehicle’s surroundings while parked and record key events. This feature enhances the security of a car left in a parking lot or in front of a house. The user gains additional protection even when they are not near the vehicle.

Vertical image flip function

The dashcam offers a vertical image flip function, which increases the flexibility of rear camera installation. This solution allows you to mount the camera upside down and then electronically rotate the image so that it is displayed correctly on the screen. This allows the installation to be adapted to the specific vehicle design and mounting location. This feature makes it easier to achieve the desired view without being limited to a single installation method.

Ready to use right after installation

The kit includes a 32 GB microSD memory card, so the device is ready to go immediately after installation. Support for cards up to 256 GB allows you to significantly increase the amount of recorded footage stored. The loop recording feature automatically overwrites the oldest files, so the user does not have to manually manage storage. Powering via a modern USB-C connector further enhances the convenience of daily use.
